Why Orthodontics?
Dr. Ossi finds it exceptionally rewarding to provide a service that improves self-esteem, confidence and dental health for children, adolescents and adults. He is genuinely concerned about building honest and trusting relationships and meeting individual orthodontic needs. Dr. Ossi's personable and professional style makes the orthodontic experience pleasurable. Whether he is working with a child who needs special attention or an adult who has questions, his calming demeanor puts his patients at ease.
Professional Achievements
Dr. Ossi is a proud Florida native — born and raised in Jacksonville. He graduated from Bishop Kenny High School before attaining a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Florida State University. Dr. Ossi graduated with a DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from the University of Florida in 1993 and practiced general dentistry for 3 years before returning to a specialty school. He completed a 3-year orthodontic residency and achieved a Certificate in Orthodontics and masters in science in 1999 at the University of Florida. The 2008 edition of Jacksonville Magazine recognized Dr. Ossi as being voted a top orthodontist by his peers.

Dr. Ossi is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, a distinction attained by less than 50% of orthodontists in the country.

On a Personal Note
Family and friends brought Dr. Ossi back to Jacksonville where he opened his practice in 2000. When Dr. Ossi is not creating beautiful smiles, he is spending time with his wife, Marie Louise, and their two children, Annelise and Louis.
